Information on the ordering process

For orders with a value of less than 50 euros, we charge a surcharge of 15 euros on the net value of the goods.
All price quotations, order numbers as well as illustrations and product descriptions are subject to possible changes, errors and modifications in technical and optical respects.
Payment methods
abroad we only accept payment in advance
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with the required bank details.
Please only enter the order ID and your customer ID as the purpose of payment.
As soon as the payment has been booked, your order will be released for shipment or ordering of goods.
Shipping costs
In order to offer our usual high level of service in parcel shipping, we work exclusively with UPS!
Parcels are insured up to 500,-€.
Beyond that, insurance costs 1.0% of the net value of the goods. Insurance is possible here at the customer's request!
All shipping costs are to be understood as approximate values.
Remote areas or special destinations are usually subject to a surcharge.
Prices are net plus VAT.
